Someplace in Oklahoma (about 1922)

Not a lot is known about this picture - where it was taken or who all the people are... but that won't stop us from guessing!  This is what we know: John & Mattie, the older couple, are easy to identify on the right.  Cassie is the woman looking away from the camera and Mollie is on the extreme left.

Now for some educated guesses: the woman in back with the hat looks like Anna.  If that's so, then her daughter Jewell would be the girl standing in front of her.  Jewell has looked at this picture and she believes that the girl is indeed her.  Jewell looks about 12 yrs old, hence the year would be about 1922.  Assuming 1922, John & Mattie Biggs had 7 living grandchildren:

Elsie Willis 8 yrs
Floyd Huffman 7yrs
Floyd Biggs 7 yrs
Chester Earsal Biggs 4 yrs
Orval Huffman 2 yrs
Roy Dee Biggs (newborn)

The photo has 7 children and a number of adults.  There are 4 boys, 2 girls and a baby which seem to line up with the group of grandchildren above.  Mollie and Anna's daughters were good childhood friends so the smaller girl next to Jewell might be Elsie.  Notice they they are sharing one pair of shoes between them!

Now for the less-educated guesses:  Mollie, Anna and Cassie were all married by 1922, but there are only 2 men on the left.  So either Acy Biggs, Henry Huffman or Everett Willis is not in the picture.  One may be quick to assume that the man seated in the back is Acy, but remember, 1922 is before the accident and he would have been able to pose standing.  Cassie and the baby appear to be looking directly at each other, so Cassie may be the mother of the baby and the baby would be Roy Dee.  The man holding him then, might be Acy.  That would mean the the other man is either Everett or Henry.  The two boys looking down are dressed the same, so they might be brothers.  My guess is Floyd and Orval Huffman (they do look similar to other childhood pictures).  The last two boys would then be Floyd and Chester Biggs by simple deduction.
